Europe, Japan and South Korea have been reorganizing their business strategies since China started to implement restrictive export policies on rare earth.
Rare earths are a key component of defence and high-end manufacturing, as well as of the EU’s green economy development, thus facing a scarcity of Rare Earths, manufacturing firms are demanding their governments to devise industrial strategies to address supply risk and promote circular economy.
